Job Summary

Sahyog Fincap Private Limited is looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales & Collection Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and handling field collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and business opportunities for loan products.
• Promote and sell Vehicle Loans, Business Loans and other financial products.
• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and collection.
• Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.
• Handle overdue accounts and coordinate recovery activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Complete customer documentation and KYC coordination.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection ta rgets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and collection reports.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
