YOUR TASKS

  • You act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark), providing customers and prospects with professional, flexible, and solution-oriented support for all matters related to both new business opportunities and existing contracts
  • You prepare, price, and negotiate customer proposals in the locomotive leasing business

  • You develop, negotiate, and administer customer agreements and framework contracts, ensuring both commercial success and contractual compliance.

  • You support complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth proposal and contract execution
  • You manage contract amendments, prepare quotations for additional services, oversee billing-related matters, and resolve contractual as well as payment-related issues
  • You analyze market trends and competitive developments and develop business cases and pricing strategies
  • You organize and oversee operational activities such as deliveries, returns, replacement vehicles, logistics, and training; handle customer complaints and technical disputes; and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • You define, track, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • You have several years of experience in sales, contract management, or a comparable commercial and technical role, ideally within the rail industry or heavy industry
  • You possess a solid understanding of railway technology and B2B contract structures in an international environment
  • You have experience in commercial negotiations and, ideally, contract management
  • You combine strong communication skills with sound commercial acumen and consistently focus on driving business success
  • You are highly customer- and service-oriented and have strong negotiation skills.
  • You work independently, take a solution-oriented approach, and are able to prioritize effectively
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional and international teams
  • You are fluent in English and possess professional proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish; additional European language skills are considered an advantage
  • You complement your profile with strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a pronounced customer-focused mindset
