SMG Executives

The best phone plan recommendation doesn't come from a website; it comes from a person who takes the time to listen, understand, and explain. SMG Executives is seeking a Sales and Customer Associate to join our sales team representing AT&T. The Sales and Customer Associate meets with customers, walks them through the process, and introduces practical options that fit their daily habits.
As a Sales and Customer Associate, you will translate technology into plain English. You will engage with customers in person, help them explore AT&T smartphones, and explain data plans in a way that finally makes sense. Our training program will equip our next Sales and Customer Associate with product knowledge and conversational sales techniques that feel natural.
