Sales &amp; Customer Experience Associate – Paid Training
We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Sales &amp; Customer Experience Associate position. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for outgoing, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop experience in sales, customer service, and client representation.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers inside a retail environment, helping them learn about convenient automotive-related products and service solutions. You’ll answer questions, explain available options and promotions, and help customers determine which services best fit their needs.
This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position with paid training, weekly pay, performance-based earning opportunities, and room for professional growth.

What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner</li>
<li>Ask questions to understand individual customer needs</li>
<li>Explain available products, services, pricing, and current promotions</li>
<li>Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs</li>
<li>Assist customers with purchases, registrations, and service selections when applicable</li>
<li>Provide a positive experience throughout the customer interaction</li>
<li>Support daily sales and customer experience goals</li>
<li>Build product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions</li>
<li>Track sales activity and customer interactions</li>
<li>Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve daily objectives</li>
<li>Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused retail presence</li>
</ul>
