Sales and Customer Representative

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Hotdish as a Sales and Customer Representative. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service and sales support to drive the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and chat, providing prompt and courteous service
• Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and offer tailored solutions to exceed their expectations
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries as needed
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide friendly, professional service
• Strong sales aptitude and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement
