Sales and Customer Service Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for a sales-driven, people-oriented individual who knows how to build connection and confidently close.

This is not just a front desk position. You are responsible for converting leads into clients, guiding prospects into memberships, and driving daily sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Turn inquiries (calls, texts, DMs, walk-ins) into booked appointments and memberships
• Confidently present pricing, packages, and promotions with the goal of closing the sale
• Follow up with leads daily, no missed opportunities
• Make outbound calls (20+ per shift) to convert prospects and re-engage clients
• Deliver a high-end, welcoming experience while staying focused on results
• Manage bookings, payments, and memberships accurately
• Maintain organization of leads, client notes, and daily reports
• Support social media engagement and respond to messages quickly
• Use AI tools and systems to improve efficiency and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Strong sales experience (closing is a must, not optional)
• Confident communicator, you know how to guide conversations and ask for the sale
• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Comfortable with technology, social media, and AI tools is a must
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic
• Customer service mindset, but with a results-driven approach

Daily Expectations:

• 20–40 outbound calls per shift
• Consistent follow-ups with leads
• This is a performance-based role with clear sales goals, daily follow-ups, and opportunities for growth based on results.
• Active engagement on social media during shift
