About the Role

Based at our Brendale branch, you will be responsible for:

• Phone sales and customer service
• Counter sales and customer assistance
• Processing orders and quotations
• Building strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Assisting customers with product selection and technical enquiries
• Supporting branch operations and day-to-day administrative tasks

You will be joining an experienced and friendly team that will provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop a long-term career within the business.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Previous sales, retail, trade counter, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
