Sales and Customer Service Representative

St. Louis Park, MN | Full-Time | On-Site

North Rising Star is hiring a Sales and Customer Service Representative to represent our clients in person across the Twin Cities. You’ll start conversations with members of the public, explain each campaign clearly, and help interested people sign up. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, and no sales experience is needed.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client campaigns face to face in communities across the Twin Cities
• Learn each campaign inside and out, so you speak accurately and confidently
• Answer questions honestly and help interested people complete their sign-up
• Provide a friendly, professional experience in every conversation
• Work toward clear daily goals with the support of your team
• Take part in regular coaching and put feedback into practice

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honesty and a commitment to representing clients accurately
• A coachable attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• Reliability and a team-first mindset

Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is helpful but not required.
