Sales & Customer Service Representative (Office Based)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound phone calls and converting enquiries into bookings.

• Making outbound sales calls to follow up leads, quotes and previous enquiries.

• Following up commercial cleaning opportunities.

• Responding to customer enquiries via email.

• Sending outbound sales emails.

• Preparing and following up quotes.

• Booking jobs and managing customer communication.

• Maintaining accurate records within our systems.

• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer service KPIs.

• Working closely with the Australian management team.

SOFTWARE USED

Experience with the following is preferred:

• ServiceMB

• Trello

• Slack

• WhatsApp

• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working for a cleaning company is essential.
  Experience in commercial cleaning or end of lease cleaning is highly
  preferred.

• Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales.

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Reliable, motivated and looking for long-term employment.
