Sales & Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to convert prospects into customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to client onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after order confirmation and ensure smooth order execution.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams for timely delivery of products and services.
• Proactively communicate with clients to provide order updates, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, quality concerns, and escalations in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
• Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to recommend process improvements and enhance customer retention.
