Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 + Commission
Location: On-site – Johar Town Phase 1, E1 Society, Lahore

About Us

We are a growing UK sportswear company specialising in teamwear and sportswear for football clubs and sports organisations across the UK.

We are looking for a confident, professional, and proactive Sales & Customer Success Executive who can build strong customer relationships, generate new business, and manage customers from the initial enquiry through to closing the sale.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills who enjoys speaking with customers, is comfortable making outbound calls, and understands that consistent and professional follow-up is essential to building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact football clubs, sports organisations, and prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally via phone and email.
• Arrange meetings and product presentations where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent spoken and written English.
• Is professional, mature, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Has strong telephone and email communication skills.
• Takes ownership of their work without requiring constant supervision.
• Understands the importance of consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Is organised, persistent, and able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups.
• Has previous experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or account management (preferred).
• Is comfortable making outbound calls to football clubs and sports organisations.
