Sales & Customer Support Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our telecom services team. This role involves assisting customers with their telecom needs, explaining available services and packages, handling customer inquiries, and generating sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding telecom services and packages.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.

Generate new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, or other communication channels.

Explain service features, pricing, packages, and promotions clearly.

Assist customers with account and service-related questions.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to support sales and retention.

Resolve basic customer issues professionally or escalate them when necessary.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Work with the team to meet overall sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-service-oriented attitude.

Comfortable speaking with customers and making sales offers.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM/software systems.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Previous experience in telecom, sales, customer support, call center, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
