Bellia Interiors Group is looking for an organized, motivated, and personable Sales & Design Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Woodbury, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in commercial interiors, client relationships, sales support, and project coordination.

You'll work alongside our experienced sales and design professionals, helping support real client projects involving corporate workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality spaces, and municipal buildings.

This is not a traditional showroom management or interior design position. The primary focus is supporting our sales team, coordinating client needs, learning our products and processes, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll also help maintain and coordinate our commercial furniture showroom.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, stays organized, and wants to develop a long-term career in our industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Client Support

• Work directly with our sales and design teams to support client projects and day-to-day requests.
• Assist with product research, furniture selections, pricing information, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal team members to gather project information.
• Help prepare materials for client meetings, presentations, and project proposals.
• Participate in client meetings, showroom visits, and occasional project site visits.
• Learn about commercial furniture products, manufacturers, purchasing contracts, and project processes.

Design & Project Coordination

• Assist our design team with finish selections, product samples, and project-related details.
• Help coordinate the information and resources necessary to move client projects forward.
• Gain exposure to commercial furniture specifications, design software, and project planning.
• Support communication between sales, design, and project management teams.

Showroom & Manufacturer Coordination

• Help maintain Bellia's showroom as an organized, welcoming, and professional environment.
• Keep furniture displays, finish samples, fabrics, and materials libraries organized and updated.
• Coordinate visits from manufacturer representatives, product presentations, and lunch-and-learn events.
• Assist with showroom tours and client visits.
• Provide occasional assistance with project photography and social media content.

• Willingness to learn new software, products, and industry processes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, project coordination, or interior design is a plus.
• Familiarity with CET, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is helpful but not required.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
