  • Reporting on sales, dispatch and customer data, and identifying and correcting pricing and stock discrepancies.

  • Working closely with our Sales, Dispatch, Finance and Production teams.

About you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role will be highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales or Administration would be highly regarded, but are not essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Syspro or a similar ERP system, or the ability to learn a new system quickly.
  • Knowledge of timber or building products would be an advantage, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry, pricing and documentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise competing demands and work well under pressure.
  • A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • The ability to move around an industrial site and wear required PPE.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
  • Must be able to obtain a clean National Police Clearance.

What we offer:

  • Full-time, 12-month fixed-term role
  • On-the-job training in our sales and dispatch systems, including Syspro
