SALES AND DISPATCH COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

1. Enter all sales order, dispatch, and dispatch-related data accurately into the ERP system.

2. Coordinate with customers regarding their ongoing sales orders (order status, delivery dates, changes, and basic queries).

3. Coordinate with shop-floor workers regarding status of production.

4. Arrange and track transportation for dispatch of goods, coordinating with transporters, drivers, and couriers.

5. Prepare and check basic dispatch documents such as job work out orders, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

Requirements
Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred).

Clear communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.

Good knowledge of computer data entry and MS Office.

Prior experience in a manufacturing/engineering company will be preferred.
