SALES & E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month + Sales Commission / Incentive

We are an established commercial refrigeration manufacturer with over 30 years of industry experience. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator to handle branch sales, online sales and e-commerce activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle branch sales and customer enquiries
• Promote company products to new and existing customers
• Find and approach potential new customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Follow up on sales leads, orders and customer requirements
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Handle online sales and e-commerce platforms
• Manage product listings, online enquiries and orders
• Create simple TikTok videos and social media content to promote company products
• Assist with online promotions and marketing activities
• Work towards assigned sales targets
• Assist with exhibitions and promotional activities when required
• Prepare basic sales reports

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Male or female, aged 18 and above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using social media and e-commerce platforms
• Able to create simple TikTok / social media content
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and handle branch sales activities
• Sales or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates / candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Possess own transport is an advantage
