Sales and Event Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales of Weddings Corporate & Social Events

• Plan, co-ordinate, monitor and execute events independently

• Prepare proposals customized to individual events needs for clients

• Conducts and prepare post-event evaluation & reports for the Management

• Work closely with the management to identify opportunities to drive revenues and growth

• Build and extend strong partner relationships with targeted industries for promotions

• Deliver project management including hands-on understanding of business proposals with profit/loss projections

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Events Management or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B environment

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of initiative, creativity and professional commitment

• Strong interest in event planning or brand activation

• Good understanding of market trends particularly related to retail and events industry

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Meticulous and organized

• Ability to multi-task and work within scheduled deadlines

• Good team player who is able to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and relevant software
