About the Role

As a Sales Experience Assistant, you'll be part of the team bringing the Rich Glen experience to life.

Your weekends will involve:

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, memorable shopping experience.
• Providing personalised service and confidently recommending products.
• Sharing your knowledge of our products and the Rich Glen story.
• Driving sales through genuine customer connections.
• Keeping our store beautifully presented, stocked and inviting.
• Processing sales and supporting day-to-day store operations.
• Working alongside a passionate team to create a great store atmosphere.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys retail and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous retail experience and confidence in a customer-facing role.
• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome.
• Strong selling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
• Great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, initiative and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
