Sales & Floor Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the showroom sales team and daily floor activities.
• Allocate customers and sales responsibilities among team members.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and support the team in closing sales.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products on the showroom floor.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
• Conduct regular team briefings and motivate staff to improve sales performance.
• Coordinate with the cashier, billing, inventory, and management teams.
• Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery products as per company procedures.
• Maintain daily sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Follow up with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, product presentation, and overall floor readiness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
