About SonnarX

SonnarX is the AI and WhatsApp Automation vertical of Olio Global AdTech, building intelligent solutions that help businesses automate sales, lead management, customer communication, and business growth through AI.

We're looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Growth Intern who wants hands-on exposure to B2B sales, growth marketing, and AI-powered business solutions.

You'll actively research prospects, build sales pipelines, reach out to business decision-makers, generate leads, and book product demos. You'll gain practical experience working on real business opportunities while learning how AI-powered solutions create value for businesses.

Important: This is a full-time, 3-month remote internship. Candidates must be available to commit to the internship for the entire duration and should not be pursuing other commitments that interfere with their working hours or responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Build the Sales Pipeline

• Research businesses and identify high-potential prospects across relevant industries.
• Create targeted prospect lists and identify founders, business owners, and decision-makers through LinkedIn and online research.
• Identify businesses that could benefit from AI and WhatsApp Automation solutions.
• Maintain and regularly update prospect databases and sales pipeline trackers.

2. Generate Leads and Book Sales Appointments

• Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
• Introduce SonnarX's AI-powered solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand business requirements and qualify leads based on their needs.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
• Schedule product demonstrations and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes.

3. Marketing and Growth

• Support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Explore new channels for customer acquisition and business development.
• Contribute content ideas and campaign concepts for LinkedIn and brand building.

4. AI and WhatsApp Automation

• Learn practical applications of Agentic AI in business.
• Explore WhatsApp Automation use cases for sales, lead management, and customer engagement.
• Research industry-specific opportunities for AI adoption.
• Contribute ideas for growth experiments and automation-led business solutions.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is resourceful, commercially sharp, and excited about creating business opportunities.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are available to work full-time for the entire 3-month internship.
• Can commit to the internship's working hours and responsibilities without conflicting academic, employment, or other commitments.
• Communicate confidently in English and Hindi.
• Are comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
• Have a sales-oriented mindset and enjoy turning conversations into business opportunities.
• Are proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Can think independently, solve problems, and work with minimal supervision.
• Have basic knowledge of digital marketing, online research, or lead generation.
• Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.

Freshers and college students are welcome to apply, provided they can commit to the full-time internship schedule for all three months.
