Sales & IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
• Communicate with domestic and international clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Support IT sales activities, including lead qualification, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, task trackers, and progress reports.
• Handle client queries, project updates, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records, project trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Must have minimum 08 to 09 months of relevant experience in IT Sales or Project Coordination, or IT Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong client-handling, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience in requirement gathering, client follow-ups, project tracking, and reporting.
