Sales and Leasing Coordinator

What is the team looking for?

The Sales and Leasing Specialist is the primary guest-facing representative of the client's portfolio during office hours. This role runs two parallel streams simultaneously — Short-Term Rental (STR) guest relations and commercial/residential leasing. The role is critical to the revenue generation through both short-term booking conversions and long-term leasing deal closures. We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused sales professional who can manage high volumes of inquiries across multiple channels while simultaneously driving leasing pipeline activity. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who can switch between hospitality-level guest service and professional leasing negotiations with ease.

What type of work will you be doing? What skills will you be performing regularly?

• Personally respond to all STR guest inquiries across all properties
• Manage the full pre-booking conversation — availability, pricing, qualification, and booking confirmation
• Send complete pre-arrival communication packages to all upcoming check-ins
• Handle in-stay guest support during office hours and escalate property-side issues to the client's Property Manager immediately
• Coordinate morning check-out and check-in schedules with the Property Manager
• Manage the full commercial and residential leasing pipeline including Coworking spaces acquisition, Ghost Kitchen slots, and long-term residential units
• Broker referral agreement signing, payout tracking, tier management, and quarterly broker check-ins
• Submit handover log to the team channel before shift ends daily
• Response priority when simultaneous: active in-stay guest issue first, new booking inquiry second, leasing lead third.

• CRM / Leasing Pipeline: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM
• Analytics: Google Sheets, Excel dashboards
• Handover Logs / Task Tracking: Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion
• Competitor Tracking: Manual OTA benchmarking
• Broker Referral Tracking: Google Sheets or Airtable tracker
• Revenue Monitoring: Pipeline revenue tracker, leasing conversion tracker, Excel revenue model

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, or property management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations across OTA platforms, messaging apps, and email
• Experience with leasing or sales pipeline management
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Experience in real estate leasing or short-term rental management is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda) and property management systems
• Experience with CRM tools or booking management software
