Sales & Logistics Operations Associate

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting sales and logistics operations through a combination of administrative coordination and field execution. The role assists in the processing and monitoring of sales orders, inventory, deliveries, and fleet activities. The position also performs field-related tasks and maintains accurate operational records, vehicle documentation, and reports.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, order processing, inventory, fleet coordination, or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance & fleet-related documentation is an advantage.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel as required by the operations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably based in Hagonoy, Davao del Sur.
