What they need
Assist the brokers by understanding their client’s needs and addressing their inquiries. This includes providing assistance to broker partners during their presentations and site tripping with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the brokers by providing on-going support. Facilitate communication between the company and broker partners. This includes promoting company events and initiatives and addressing the broker partners inquiries and resolving concerns.
3**.** Promote good customer service processes to brokers. Address the brokers’ and agents’ inquiries and concerns
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
