About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of offline marketing and sales campaigns on behalf of our clients.

This is a face-to-face, customer-facing role. You'll interact directly with customers, communicate information about our clients' products and services, and contribute to customer acquisition and sales activity.

The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with people and are looking to develop practical experience in sales, marketing, communication, and customer engagement.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients professionally through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain products and services clearly.
• Support customer acquisition and sales activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Follow campaign and client guidelines when representing products and services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign objectives.
• Participate in training and apply feedback to improve sales and communication skills.

Training & Development

You'll also have access to ongoing support and coaching to help you develop your skills and experience.

As you gain experience and demonstrate the required skills, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

Important Information

This is an on-site, face-to-face position and is not a remote or office-based marketing role.

The position involves regular direct interaction with customers as part of offline marketing and sales campaigns.
