JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Staff to join our newly formed team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply their creativity, communication skills, and understanding of branding and marketing in a real-world setting. As part of the core team, you’ll be involved in shaping how we present our products, attract clients, and grow awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and present Busilak’s products to potential and existing customers
• Assist in client communications via email, phone, and social media
• Prepare and organize quotations, order updates, and sales materials
• Support content creation for marketing channels (Facebook, website, brochures)
• Contribute ideas for brand positioning, messaging, and promotions
• Help organize product campaigns, industry events, or trade expos
• Conduct basic competitor and market research to support strategy
• Maintain sales records and assist with internal coordination

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course (marketing, business, communication, or related fields preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Interest or background in marketing, brand development, or digital promotion
• Knowledge about website, social media, MS Office, and Google tools
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating with clients and team members
• Open to fieldwork or event participation as needed
