Sales and Marketing Development Executive

Job Summary

The role provides sales support, manages CRM records, and assists with marketing activities for the Australian mortgage industry. This role helps generate leads, schedule meetings, and support daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact Australian mortgage brokers to introduce our mortgage services.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Assist with marketing activities (email campaigns and social media content)
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly activity reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
• Experience in Australian mortgages, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Experience using CRM software (Apollo is an advantage).
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
