Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Client Visits & Sales: Meeting prospective or existing clients to present products, demonstrate services, close deals, or collect order forms.
• On-Site Inspections & Audits: Conducting physical checks, site surveys, quality audits, or safety inspections (common in real estate, construction, insurance, and logistics).
• Document & Asset Collection/Delivery: Collecting physical documents, KYC paperwork, payments, or physical items/deliverables from customers or partners.
• Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Addressing client issues in person, performing basic technical support, or gathering on-site feedback.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Logging daily activities, visit outcomes, lead status, or operational updates using CRM software, mobile apps, or daily field reports.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining positive rapport with local vendors, channel partners, retail store managers, or individual consumers.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Vocational degree.
• Valid Driver's License & Vehicle: Most field positions require a valid driver's license (often for a two-wheeler or car) and the ability to travel extensively locally.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Time Management & Self-Discipline: Ability to organize daily travel routes, manage appointments independently, and hit daily/weekly targets without direct supervision.
• Basic Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using smartphones, GPS navigation apps, and mobile reporting.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
