Sales and Marketing Executive

Bay Pickle is expanding and we are looking for energetic and results‑oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for marketing, brand building, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive membership growth and promote events
• Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue streams
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing and sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and partners

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries. Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Experience in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
