Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are expanding our sales team. We are looking for an energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to focus on driving sales through Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Interior Design firms. You will be responsible for both acquisition new clients and managing existing customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, achieving sales budget for the company that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Identify and target new construction and renovation projects in the early stages to secure material supply contracts
• Build up and maintain good relationships with main contractors, sub-contractors, applicators, project managers, site personnel and any other parties related to the building construction industry
• Liaise with marketing teams to promote our brand in the market and convert specified products into actual orders
• Prepare tenders, cost comparisons, and quotations for project bids
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide technical support by on-site inspection, mock up, application training ensuring customer satisfaction
• Respond to clients' queries about product specifications, application, and attend to voice of customers

About you

• University/Diploma graduate in Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferrable within building materials, construction, or interior design/architectural sectors
• Strong network or experience engaging with contractors and architects will be advantageous
• Good communication and networking skills
• A good team player with integrity
• Being self-motivated with problem-solving capability
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
