Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys social media, content creation and digital marketing to join Nuovo Paradigm Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Create engaging social media content, videos and promotional materials.
• Plan and support digital marketing campaigns, SEO and lead generation activities.
• Monitor and follow up on online enquiries and leads with the sales team.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media is preferred.
• Good communication, creative and content creation skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and lead generation.
• Able to work independently and manage social media content.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads or basic video editing is an advantage.
• Interest in diving, travel, outdoor activities or adventure sports is an advantage.
• Scuba diving certification is an advantage.
