Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive E-Resources

Job Summary
Looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with 1 - 2 years of experience to promote and sell e-Resources, digital databases, e-books, e-journals, and online information products to universities, colleges, libraries, research institutions, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, online research, references, and market visits.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with publishers, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing, trials, and subscriptions.
• Maintain leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales records in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Operations for orders, invoicing, activation, and renewals.
• Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing; experience in e-Resources, publishing, academic products, or digital products preferred.
• Graduation required; BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
