At BOEMI BOTANICALS, we're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow their careers as Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in Jakarta area.

This role is ideal for someone who understands sales and 360° marketing and able to lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and company values.
• Foster partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, media, and other potential client to expand business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and online advertising (websites and e-commerce).
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of Sales Marketing Manager, preferably in the beauty, hospitality, or wellness industry
• Strong working experience in sales and marketing department 360°, plus if you ever be in beauty industry
• Comfortable with targets and driven by achievement. Good at managing people and time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa are must.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently and manage team well
