Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, target-oriented, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities in Bali, drive business growth, and build strong B2B partnerships.

Responsibilities :

• Lead sales and marketing activities in Bali.
• Develop and manage B2B partnerships and customer relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee the sales process from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and after-sales service.
• Drive the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role.
• B2B sales and partnership experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
