What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing Manager, preferably in the hospital or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, Sales Center of Excellence, Referral Management, or other relevant sales functions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in private insurance partnerships, corporate client management, and healthcare business development are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent skills in sales negotiation, client acquisition, business development, and deal closing.
- Strong networking, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Results-oriented, commercially driven, and able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, referral networks, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, identify market opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
