Sales and Marketing Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• See to it that office policies and decorum are being followed by Sales Executives.

• Prepare and present Accurate Sales Analysis on a weekly basis.

• Sees to it that quotas of commissioned and salaried Sales Executives are consistently attained.

• Initiate and evaluate marketing activities and reports, saturation drive, and itineraries of Sales Executives.

• Assists in developing new accounts (Corporate, Government, and Fleet).

• Facilitate Sales Executives in Basic Training Programs.

• Responsible for thoroughly checking all Sales documents such as:

• Quotation

• Pre-Purchase Agreement

• Purchase Agreement

before forwarding it to another concerned department.

• Provide computations and breakdowns in the Pre-Purchase Agreement such as financing, discounts given, subsidies received from IPC, etc.
• Ensuring that sales goals and quotas are achieved.
• Communicate and Coordinate with other branches for unit availability.
• Responsible for allocating and assigning units.
• Monitoring of inventory and aging units.
• Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials and promotional programs.
• Presides meetings with Group Supervisors, Sales Executives, and Sales Staff.
• Confirms weekly order confirmation for tagging of units by IPC.
• Monitoring of inventory and Sales of Satellite (Naga and Legaspi branch).
• DIsseminate all relevant information to satellite branches (Naga and Legazpi)
• Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

• Sales and Marketing: 1 year (Required)
