Sales & Marketing Representative

Job Responsibilities:

·        Achievement of given sales target.

·        Plan, execute, review and improve marketing and promotional activities such as consumer campaign, in-store merchandising, sampling events, presentation in business review meeting with trade account, and Product Knowledge Training etc.

·        Make rapport to assigned trade accounts’ key persons and do business negotiations.

·        Conduct fieldwork / business trip in assigned territories/areas and visit trade accounts to execute merchandising and promotional activities.

·        Manage Merchandisers who’s covering the branches of assigned retail accounts by giving instructions, monitor the performance based on POS data analysis, and come up with improvement plans.

·        Plan and implement market research (category, shopper, user, competitor, region, channel, etc).

·        Miscellaneous tasks.
