ReGlow Beauty is a growing luxury beauty and wellness clinic looking for an experienced sales professional who builds trust, closes sales, and keeps clients coming back.

You’ll guide clients from their first consultation to a long-term treatment plan, helping them choose suitable packages and memberships while delivering a welcoming, personal experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-person consultations and confidently sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and CRM to convert interest into appointments and sales.
• Manage bookings, schedule next appointments, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Build lasting client relationships, encourage renewals and referrals, and reconnect with past clients.
• Consistently meet monthly sales, conversion, and new membership goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in consultative sales, with examples of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, closing, organization, and follow-up skills.
• A personable, professional approach and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, or fitness membership sales is a plus.

What We Offer

A $35,000–$45,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus monthly bonuses tied to sales and membership growth, with room to take on greater responsibility as we expand.

Earn a base salary plus commission on the memberships you personally close, with your commission rate determined by your experience and demonstrated sales ability. Grow your earnings through your results, with opportunities for greater responsibility as the clinic expands.
