About the Role: Become the “Community Connector”

Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves connecting with people and helping them succeed? Do you thrive in a dynamic, community-focused environment where trust and authenticity matter more than sales pitches? If so, we’d love for you to join our team as a Networking Representative.

Your role is to:

• Attend local events and engage with realtors, property managers, and community groups.
• Listen to their needs and connect them with our services when it makes sense.
• Share helpful insights (e.g., home maintenance tips) to position us as a trusted resource.
• Organize or participate in community workshops to showcase our expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Build Meaningful Relationships

• Attend local networking events, and community gatherings to introduce Handy Geeks and Home Inspection Geeks.
• Engage with realtors, property managers, contractors, and homeowner associations to position us as their go-to resource.

Generate High-Quality Leads

• Identify opportunities where Handy Geeks or Home Inspection Geeks can add value (e.g., post-inspection repairs, maintenance plans, or referrals).
• Follow up with personalized, value-driven outreach (emails, calls, or texts) to nurture relationships.

Facilitate Partnerships

• Create mutually beneficial partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, and local businesses.
• Collaborate with the Handy Geeks team to ensure seamless service delivery for referred clients.

Track and Report

• Use simple tools (e.g., spreadsheets or CRM) to track new connections, referrals, and partnerships.
• Provide regular updates on networking activities and opportunities.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
