Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales activities in the showroom to meet operational targets and enhance customer experience

Schedule and oversee team shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productivity

Manage presale and post-sale processes to support customer needs and resolve issues promptly

Oversee inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and support sales demands

Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards
