About the role
This role involves supporting live-selling operations and customer service functions within a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will assist with order processing, inventory management, and operational coordination across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and order processing
- Support live sellers during live-selling operations
- Prepare invoices and assist in website/order portal management
- Handle packaging and shipment preparation of orders
- Maintain product displays and monitor inventory
- Coordinate and support daily operational requirements
About you
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Good communication and selling skills
- Confident in front of camera and live selling
- Knowledge in social media platforms is an advantage
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel locally or abroad when needed
