  • Monitor performance and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Create a positive and safe team environment.

Scheduling & Operations

  • Coordinate installation bookings and ensure realistic timeframes are communicated to customers.
  • Manage and reorganise bookings when delays or unexpected issues arise.
  • Keep multiple customer projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Quoting & Site Assessments

  • Attend customer sites to assess requirements and provide accurate recommendations where required.
  • Ensure customers understand their options and associated costs.

Procurement & Stock Control

  • Order garage doors, parts and accessories in line with upcoming projects.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure installers have the materials they need.
  • Work with suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

Customer Service

  • Be the key point of contact for customers from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Provide professional, responsive and friendly customer service.
  • Help customers understand their options and select products suited to their needs.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure any issues are followed through to completion.

Sales & Product Support

  • Develop strong product knowledge across the garage door range.
  • Assist customers with product selection in the showroom and during on-site consultations.
  • Identify opportunities to provide customers with solutions that best meet their needs.

Quality, Safety & Reporting

  • Ensure installations are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, team performance and stock requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management.

What we're looking for:

You’ll ideally have experience in a supervisory, coordination or management role, preferably within:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with quoting, scheduling and procurement.
  • Confidence dealing directly with customers.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Good attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Technical knowledge of garage door systems is advantageous, but not essential.

What you'll get:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Potential performance-based incentives.
  • A supportive and hands-on team environment.
  • A varied role with genuine responsibility and autonomy.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Standard working hours of 7.30am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • A role where you can make a real impact on the day-to-day success of the business.
