Sales & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our Sales and Operations functions. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and on time, while also coordinating deliveries, shipments, inbound goods, and outbound packing. If you are organized, detail-oriented, enjoy working with people and are comfortable handling both system work and physical logistics activities, we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up closely with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
• Perform system entries for Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
• Coordinate delivery schedules and arrange shipments through courier or dispatch
• Receive, unpack and verify weekly inbound shipments against relevant documents
• Prepare, pack and arrange outbound shipments for delivery
• Maintain proper documentation and records for orders, deliveries and shipments
• Provide general administrative and logistics support to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Advanced or Higher Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience with an ERP system will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Comfortable handling both computer-based administrative work and physical packing/shipment activities
