Sales & Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end book fair cycle: scheduling, coordination with the head office, book dispatch, on-site setup, and post-fair stock collection.
• Oversee book fair operations on site, including display and stock arrangement, sales tracking, billing, and commission or payment settlements with institutions.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, inventory, and sales in the CRM, and submit regular sales, visit, and expense reports along with market and competitor insights.
• Travel extensively across India and be available to visit the head office at short notice. Prior sales experience (e.g. 2-4 years) is essential, and experience in books, publishing, or education sales is a plus.
