Sales and Operations Internship + PPO

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supply Sourcing: Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential hotel partners across target cities and markets.
• Partner Acquisition: Connect with hotel owners/decision-makers, pitch the partnership, and convert prospects into new onboardings.
• Winback: Re-engage inactive/churned properties and drive them back onto the platform.
• Negotiation & Closure: Handle partner objections, negotiate commercials within defined guidelines, and drive closures.
• Target Achievement: Own daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets with strong focus on revenue potential.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Revenue, Operations, and Onboarding teams to ensure timely activation of acquired properties.

Education & Experience

• Graduates/Postgraduates who have completed their degree or are in their final year can apply.
• Prior internship experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations will be an added advantage.
• MBA candidates are preferred.

Requirements

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be available for an in-person walk-in interview at our Gurgaon office.

Opportunity Details

• Internship Duration: 3 months
• Internship Stipend: 15K/ month
• PPO: Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
• PPO Compensation: 4 LPA or higher
• Work Week: 6 days
