  • Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure all stores deliver a consistent customer experience and uphold the company brand standards.

C. Store-Level Inventory Control and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure all stores follow proper inventory procedures, including receiving, storage, stock rotation, FIFO, wastage recording, and daily stock monitoring.
  • Review store-level inventory reports and coordinate with the Supply Chain team regarding replenishment, stock availability, stockouts, and overstock concerns.
  • Monitor inventory variances, spoilage, wastage, and missing stocks at store level.
  • Conduct spot checks and store audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to support store demand forecasting based on sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and product movement.
  • Ensure store teams properly document inventory usage, transfers, spoilage, and discrepancies.
  • Hold store supervisors and team members accountable for proper inventory discipline and reporting.

D. Team Leadership and People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop store supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability across all assigned branches.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve productivity, customer service, and operational compliance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for store operations.
  • Build a disciplined, service-oriented, and sales-driven store team.
  • Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational gaps in coordination with HR and management.

E. Cost Control and Compliance

  • Monitor controllable store costs, including supplies, utilities, wastage, and other operational expenses.
  • Recommend actions to improve store profitability and reduce unnecessary losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and mall or landlord requirements.
  • Review store reports and escalate recurring issues to management.
  • Support the implementation of operational improvements, systems, and controls.

  • Support new store openings, including manpower setup, training, inventory coordination, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, mall administration, landlords, suppliers, and other partners as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen scalability, profitability, and operational consistency.
