Sales and Operations Manager

Diamond Ridge Conference Center, located in Jamison, PA, is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven Sales & Operations Manager to help grow our business and oversee the successful execution of events and group experiences at our beautiful property.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves sales, people, events, and making things happen!

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business and develop relationships with schools, organizations, companies, colleges, community groups, and other potential clients
• Respond to inquiries, provide tours, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective clients
• Manage bookings from the initial inquiry through the completion of the event
• Coordinate event details, activities, catering, staffing, schedules, and facility needs
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Work closely with our team to ensure each group has an outstanding experience
• Help develop creative ideas to increase bookings and expand the Conference Center’s reach
• Assist with day-to-day operations and ensure events run smoothly from start to finish

• Experienced in sales, hospitality, events, recreation, camps, or a related field
• Excited to help grow Diamond Ridge Conference Center!

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
