Sales and Operations Manager

About the role

A Sales & Operations Manager oversees the seamless integration of sales strategies with operational execution to ensure organizational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership, analytical, people skills management to drive revenue growth, improve operational effectiveness and align business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage key front-liners to meet or exceed targets
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in processes
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficiency from picking to release of products
• Hire, train and develop employees align with COO supportive of organizational goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from order taking to delivery
