Sales and Operations Manager

Job Overview

Operating out of Mahopac, New York, Detail Doctor is a one stop shop for auto enthusiasts looking for the best in auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film application, window tinting, paintless dent removal, auto storage, and much more.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage day to day shop operations and grow our business by finding and selling work to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will come with strong tech and computer skills to integrate the latest programs and technology into our day-to-day operations. They should be creative and adaptive to foster growth and new ideas. There is a strong emphasis on integrating a Customer Relationship Management program into our business to generate leads. The person in this role will manage that process and follow leads to gain new clientele.

Responsibilities

• General familiarity with all services offered at our shop including: Auto detailing, paint correction, paint protective film application, paintless dent removal, window tinting

• Manage shop staff and contractor schedule for all daily jobs

• Maintain a detailed and organized calendar to maximize efficient use of labor

• Manage job progress and communication with customers

• Manage and implement an all new customer relationship management (CRM) program

• Interact with CRM program to follow leads to sell and schedule more work for our shop

• Manage CRM program integration with ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Skills and Experience

• Strong computer proficiency a must

• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency a must

• Experience managing day to day labor operations

• Experience with CRM programs like Go High Level a plus

• Auto industry experience a plus

• Auto detailing general knowledge

• Experience in customer service and sales

• Experience with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Salary Range $65,000 - $105,000 per year (experience and commission based)
