Freight Sales & Operations Representative

Location: Lee's Summit, MO (Hybrid, in office)Job Type: Full-time, W2 Pay: $17/hr + commission, uncappedSchedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, [Monday – Friday]

Connected Cargo Logistics is a growing freight agency based in Lee's Summit. We've booked 530 loads and generated $700K+ in booked freight revenue, and we're adding to our team.

This role combines sales and operations. You'll find and win new customers, then keep their shipments moving from pickup to delivery. You start at $17/hr with a high commission structure and no cap on what you can earn.

Promotions and salaried positions are available as you grow, and you can earn the option to work from home once you pass $10K in monthly margin and receive performance approval.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to new businesses and turn conversations into customers
• Build quotes and close deals
• Partner with carriers to get shipments moving
• Keep customers in the loop with real-time updates
• Solve problems on the fly when plans change
• Build relationships that bring in repeat business

Must Have
